Thomas Cook “Academy of Sunny Heart” – Management trainings and hotel marketing in Greece and Egypt

After several trainings in Rhodos earlier this year, COMPASS experts conducted seminars, workshops and trainings in Chalkidiki, Greece, and Hurghada, Egypt. In Nea Potidea, Guillermo Ribes presented latest developments in the global food and beverage sector and supported hotels in marketing and online communication, while Karsten Palme intensively coached and trained hotel managers from Makadi Bay, Hurghada, about motivation, leadership and ownership in a hotel resort.

In all trainings, participants gained knowledge of global trends in the tourism industry and practiced professional management skills in interactive workshop settings.
