Project launched: Total Quality and Sustainability Training in Tunisia

Futouris e.V. and Thomas Cook Touristik GmbH launched a comprehensive project to improve quality standards and raise awareness on sustainable development in the Tunisian hotel industry. For this, COMPASS was awarded the contract as consultant and training partner.

Our first tasks are to analyze the needs of the hotel managers, conduct workshops with local stakeholders to elaborate a training framework and concept and – finally – work out a curriculum, including contents and materials for the trainings, which shall be made accessible for all Tunisian hotels in a later phase of the project.

With this project COMPASS fosters the co-operation with Thomas Cook and realizes another sustainable tourism project on the African continent.
