INTERREG V A is the new cross-border funding period for 2014-2020.

With this programme cross-border bi-national/multinational projects can be promoted within Europe. For that purpose partners from neighboring regions affiliate and develop an innovative project idea which provides an important social and economic contribution to Europe. Essential guideline is the underlying Europe 2020 strategy that prioritized a smart, sustainable and inclusive growth:

  • Intelligent growth: developing an economy based on knowledge and innovation
  • Sustainable growth: promoting a more resource efficient ecological and competitive economy
  • Integrative growth: fostering a high-employment economy with a distinctive social and territorial cohesion

The project partners plan, work and fund the project together. They can receive up to 80% funding through INTERREG V in addition to their own resources.

Via the site www.deutschland-nederland.eu you can gain an impression of the projects that have been funded in the German-Dutch area under INTERREG IVA. The drafting of the new programme is in the pipeline.

We would like to support you if you intend to submit an INTERREG VA project proposal in the German-Dutch border region.
